The new All Floor Cones™ cleaner head is designed to clean both carpets and suitable hard flooring while helping solve one of the most frustrating vacuum-maintenance problems – wrapped hair.
Two rotating conical brush bars actively move collected hair along their tapered surfaces, spiralling it away from the brushes and directing it into the vacuum rather than allowing it to remain tightly wrapped around the cleaner head.
Dyson states that the system is engineered to de-tangle and remove hair up to 25 inches long, making it particularly useful in homes with long human hair or pet hair. Occasional inspection and routine cleaner-head maintenance may still be required depending on what is collected.
